What this site is

A professional portfolio. It shows completed work and explains what services are offered. Nothing is sold from here.

Intellectual property

The photographs, videos and texts belong to Ángello Benavides Santillán, or are published with the permission of whoever holds the rights. The work is shown as a sample and may include client trademarks, which belong to each client.

They may not be reproduced or used without written permission, not even in part, cropped or filtered, and that includes downloading them for social media or as a reference for another supplier.

Personal data

This site sets no cookies. It keeps its own visit count, on its own server: it notes which page was seen, which site you came from and whether it is a phone. It does not store your IP and it leaves nothing in your browser; so as not to count you twice it uses a fingerprint that expires every day and cannot be reversed. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Apart from that, there are only three ways any data of yours reaches me, and you start all three.

If you write to the contact address, your address and whatever you write are processed only to reply to you, on the basis of your own request. They are not shared with anyone.

If you fill in the contact form, your name, your email and whatever you tell me about the job (dates, place, budget) are stored, on the basis of your consent, to look at it and get back to you. I may write more than once about that same job if there is no reply. No phone number is asked for, so you get no calls — not from a person, not from a machine. Say so in an email and it is deleted.

If you leave your email in the journal so I can tell you about a new guide, I keep your address, the page you left it on and the date, on the basis of your consent. It is used for that and nothing else: it enters no sales sequence, nobody calls you, and no advertising is sent. You can unsubscribe by replying to any of those emails, and it is deleted straight away.

The data is stored on a server at Hostinger, inside the European Union. You can ask for access, correction or deletion by writing to info@angellobenavides.com, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe it has been handled badly.

Every effort is made to keep this accurate and current, but errors are possible. No responsibility is taken for the content of third-party sites linked from here: they are linked because they are useful, not because they are controlled.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. For any dispute, and where the law allows it, the parties submit to the courts of the user’s place of residence.
